Marylin Jenkins

Marylin Jenkins is a skilled trial attorney with more than 40 years of experience in the areas of environmental law and commercial litigation. Notably, she has tried more than 50 jury and court trials without a single loss; and holds an "AV Preeminent Rating" from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-ranked level of professional excellence in the industry. Marylin has served as lead trial counsel for major corporations in headline-grabbing, "bet-the-company" environmental cases, including the largest Superfund matter in EPA history involving the Lower Passaic River site.

Throughout her distinguished career, Marylin has handled numerous consumer protection class actions, as well as environmental matters involving apportionment under CERCLA in cases alleging TCE, PCE, PAHs, PCBs, dioxin, and heavy metals contamination. She also has prior experience as in-house counsel from her time as VP and general counsel at Ultramar/Ultramar Diamond Shamrock (now Valero Energy) and senior VP and GC at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, where she built an international legal department from square one to serve the company's manufacturing and marketing divisions in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia. She was also a partner at Graham & James and Manatt Phelps & Phillips. Marylin earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, her M.A. in history from Georgetown University, and her B.A. in history from Wellesley College
