Biography
James F. Warren IV is a litigator with experience litigating high-stakes matters in federal and state courts – including lawsuits over complex business and commercial matters, contracts, securities, employee compensation, professional liability, defamation, real estate transactions, and employment issues. James has represented individuals and businesses in the technology, blockchain and cryptocurrency, entertainment, agricultural, and real estate industries. James’ practice includes business and commercial litigation, general business advisement, general litigation, and personal injury defense.
Prior to joining EGHB, James was an associate at Brown, Neri, Smith & Khan, LLP, a business and commercial litigation firm in Los Angeles, where he handled business and commercial disputes in federal and state courts in California, Arizona, and Nevada; arbitration tribunals; and tried cases to verdict.
James received his J.D. in 2015 from Whittier Law School with certificates in Trial and Appellate Practice and Criminal Law. James received his B.A. in environmental studies from Sonoma State University in 2011.
