Biography
Caitlin Wiley-Walker is an associate attorney at EGHB specializing in environmental, general litigation, toxic tort, and personal injury defense. Prior to joining EGHB, Cait worked at a boutique environmental law firm where she began her career as an associate attorney working on environmental litigation matters concerning CERCLA, CLRRA, HSAA and common law claims as well as conducting environmental due diligence review and analysis. Her previous positions include serving as a legal assistant at the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Operations Division supporting Deputy District Attorneys in the Consumer Fraud, Environmental, and Real Estate Fraud Units; certified law clerk with a San Francisco administrative law practice firm; legal intern in the Energy and Telecommunications Department of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office; and a legal research representative for LexisNexis.
Cait earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2017. As a law student, she served on the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and Maritime Law Journal; involved with the Pilipino American Law Society and Student Bar Association; and earned a Public Interest Law Certificate. She obtained her undergraduate degree in environmental studies from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2012.
