Biography
Brendan Browne is an associate whose practice is primarily focused in the areas environmental law, personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, and trucking and transportation. Before joining EGHB, Brendan cultivated his legal career as a paralegal, clerk, and associate attorney for Bay Area law firms. He is adept at handling legal matters from the moment a claim is filed through trial. With his legal writing and research abilities, experience appearing in court, and communication skills, he capably guides clients through all aspects of the litigation process.
Brendan is a Bay Area native who earned his J.D. in May 2016 from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he received a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence and a CALI Award for Criminal Law. As a student, he gained professional experience working for the Golden Gate University Environmental Law and Justice Clinic, and clerking for firms specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, landlord-tenant matters, and environmental law. Additionally, Brendan served on the Board of Directors for the GGU Sports and Entertainment Law Club, and was an active member of the Environmental Law Society and APALSA. Brendan’s other degrees include a B.A. in environmental studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Masters of Resources Law Studies from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
