Biography
Caroline Fawley is an experienced litigator who specializes in construction law, personal injury, product liability, and toxic tort defense. She handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation and has a strong track record for drafting successful motions for summary judgment. Her professional experience includes positions with two litigation firms, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in St. Louis, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in California and Missouri, and the U.S. Department of Labor – OFCCP in Los Angeles.
In 2013 she graduated cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. During law school she earned a CALI Award for Environmental Litigation and served on the ABA Negotiation Team. In 2008, she graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science. As an undergraduate she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
