Biography
Guillaume D’Amico has defended clients in a wide range of industries in commercial litigation, construction defect, employment law, premises liability, professional liability, government liability (Government Tort Claims Act), product liability, and trucking and transportation matters. He is skilled in every aspect of trial preparation, from drafting motions and pleadings and covering depositions; to handling interrogatories and conducting legal research and analysis. He also has experience serving as second chair at trial and helping clients to negotiate favorable settlement agreements.
Guillaume earned both his law degree and a master of arts in English from McGill University, and also holds a B.A. in English from the Université de Montréal. As a law student he served as an editing lead for the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution. Guillaume is fluent in French, and is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
