Biography
David J. Mann is a defense attorney with 25 years of experience in civil litigation. His practice is focused primarily in the areas of toxic tort defense, personal injury, wrongful death, complex asbestos litigation, and product liability. David is a member of the State Bar of California and the Defense Research Institute and has served as Judge Pro Tem in Solano County. He is licensed to practice in U.S. District Court Northern District of California and U.S. District Court Central District of California.
David earned his J.D. from John F. Kennedy University School of Law where he distinguished himself by ranking in the top 10% of his class and gained recognition with American Jurisprudence Awards in Professional Responsibility and Constitutional Law. He obtained his B.A. in history from UC Berkeley, graduating with Alumni Scholar Honors.
