Edlin Gallagher Huie + Blum Partners Earl L. Hagström and Erin K. Poppler are speaking at AIRROC’s Spring Membership Meeting in New York City on March 6. Their presentation will focus on the complicated ethical conflicts that arise in environmental contamination matters. Session attendees will be eligible for a coveted ethics CLE credit.
Hagström and Poppler are both accomplished environmental trial attorneys. As a result of their extensive experience and knowledge, they are frequently invited to share their nuanced understanding of this complex area of the law through speaking engagements and published articles. In September 2018 they co-presented at another conference organized by AIRROC in partnership with the Emerging and Environmental Claims Managers Association on the effect of climate change on environmental litigation.
