Biography
Timothy Sweeney is a civil litigation attorney licensed to practice law in California and Wisconsin who specializes in the areas of business litigation, construction and real estate law, employment and labor law, and trucking and transportation. Tim has experience representing individuals and businesses in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, including successfully briefing and arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In May of 2014, Tim completed his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he was a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review and served as a member-mediator in the Small Claims Division of Wisconsin Circuit Court in Milwaukee County. During the same month and year, he also received a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute. Tim earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Notre Dame in May of 2011.
