Angela Ploucha is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office who practices in the areas of general litigation, personal injury defense, and trucking and transportation. Before joining EGHB, Angela served as a legal extern at a firm focused on family law matters. Prior to that, she gained professional experience in law clerk roles with firms in Los Angeles and Flint, Michigan, respectively. She also worked in Flint as a judicial intern for the Honorable John A. Gadola in 7th Circuit Court. Angela is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Angela obtained her J.D. in May 2020 from Michigan State University College of Law, where she distinguished herself by earning a Jurisprudence Award for the highest grade in Advanced Legal Research, received a full scholarship based upon superlative undergraduate academic performance, and served as a member of both the Business & Securities Law Institute and the Anti-Trafficking Legal Advocacy Society. In April 2016 she earned her B.A. in accounting with a minor in economics from the University of Michigan-Flint, making the dean’s list each semester and graduating with high honors.
