Biography
Jennifer Lallite has over ten years of experience handling a wide array of complex legal matters, and deftly manages all phases of litigation from pre-litigation activities through trial and appeal. Her practice is focused in the areas of employment law, personal injury, and mass tort defense. Jennifer’s top strengths include strong legal writing abilities, experience with multiple ADR forums, discovery and trial preparation, oral argument, legal research and strategy, and complex settlement negotiation. She is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey and is also a Certified Public Accountant in both California and New York (currently on inactive status).
Jennifer earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where she participated on the Fordham Moot Court and the International Journal of Law. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Howard University, graduating cum laude with a B.B.A. degree in accounting. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Jennifer worked with leading investment firms such as Merrill Lynch, Credit Lyonnais Securities, Inc., and the Blackstone Group in her role as a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in New York City.
