Victoria Jackson

Victoria Griffin is an experienced litigator with a robust background in criminal prosecution, handling cases ranging from driving under the influence to domestic violence and sexual assault at both misdemeanor and felony levels. She has conducted numerous preliminary hearings for a variety of offenses, including hit and run, fraud, possession of narcotics for sale, and burglaries. Ms. Griffin is well-versed in preparing cases for trial, which involves meticulous review and coordination of discovery with defense teams, communicating with victims and witnesses, and negotiating offers and settlement dispositions. Her extensive courtroom experience spans all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions, preliminary hearings, and trials.

Ms. Griffin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2020, following her Master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012 and her Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2010. She is an active member of the California State Bar, Lawyers Club of San Diego and the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association.
