Senior associate Jenna L. Griffin is a versatile trial attorney who practices primarily in the areas of business litigation, employment law, environmental law, toxic tort, and trucking and transportation. In previous roles Jenna advised Fortune 500 companies on employment law issues and defended her clients who were involved in FEHA, EEOC, wage and hour, and class action arbitrations, trials, and collective bargaining matters; counseled more than 55 clients regarding their business and employment law needs; managed fifteen mid-sized corporate client in all aspects of their human resources needs and worked on business litigation matters ranging from real estate and contract disputes to environmental cases in Federal Court involving CERCLA; and handled more than 50 cases involving representation of plaintiffs pursuing their rights under state and federal employment laws.
In addition to cultivating her professional skills and knowledge as an attorney, Jenna understands the importance of legal marketing. She has developed webinars and other marketing content, and maintains memberships in the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. She earned her J.D. in 2012 from California Western School of Law where she gained recognition on the Dean’s List for five semesters; obtained an Academic Achievement Award for Legal Skills I; and received a Pro Bono Honors Award. She also served as the activities director for Amnesty International from 2011-2012, as a youth educator with Street Law from 2010-2011, and as a research assistant for the California Innocence Project from 2010-2012. Jenna earned her B.A. in 2008 from the University of California, San Diego with a double major in political science and sociology, and was recognized with Provost’s Honors from 2004 to 2008.
