Biography
Anna Buczek is a litigation and transactional attorney located in the San Francisco-Bay Area and Southern California. She has experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus in general, products liability, and real estate defense liability. Additionally, she has assisted in cases involving complex business litigation, class actions, complex litigation in various substantive areas of law, real estate defense, estate and trusts, personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, employment, contracts disputes, construction defect, and premises liability.
In 2020, Anna received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She graduated with a Business Law Certificate with Honors. During law school, Anna was a judicial extern for the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the San Francisco Superior Court Complex Litigation Department, the Honorable Andrew Y.S. Cheng Presiding. Anna was a staff editor for the University of San Francisco Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and served as Vice President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Association.
In 2017, Anna graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics.
